Passion and Inspiration

So I was just watching Oprah always a good place to start to be inspired I think. The show was about a young mum who after having her baby, developed this flesh eating disease, that caused her to loose her arms and legs and all sorts of other important body parts.

It was pretty devastating, but instead of giving up and feeling sorry for herself, she pushed herself to get stronger and be able to walk and use what she had left to go home and be a mum to her children and a wife to her husband, which was her passion in life. It was all very inspiring, She had so much hope and so much passion about being able to do what she wanted in life and not let the circumstances, which were pretty dire, get her down and stop her from being all that she could be.

It got me thinking about passion and how it is such a driving force to help you achieve the things you want in life, no matter what comes against you. Also sometimes you are presented with a choice in life, you either accept your situation and your circumstances and move on regardless, letting your passion drive you to overcome and achieve. Or you accept your situation and circumstances and let them overrule your passion and just give up choosing instead to be miserable and useless and letting your passion die with your spirit and life.

I know what I want to choose, I know that I want to let my passion rule and push me to try and try and try again, until I achieve the things that I know I am destined to achieve.

Inspiration

Since I started this thing I have been searching for things that inspire me in all different kinds of way. I have found that pictures more than anything else really inspire me. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and I believe that. So I have come up with a collage of pictures that inspire me and I thought I would share them with you. Who knows one or more of this pictures could be the beginning of a story.

So here they are the first of my inspiration. One day I will write about why these photos inspire me and how. I think most of them are pretty self explanitory though.

The Beginning

The Beginning

This is the beginning of a new thing. This is the beginning of starting my creative writing process. I like beginnings. I feel like I am sitting in front of a blank canvas with the paint brush in hand thinking about what I can create, what picture to paint. Except in my case its with words.

I will use this to catalogue all my ideas and creative inspiration as it comes to me.

Looking forward to taking this adventure of writing and creativity for a while.
